Prices and payment
Prices and additional specifications for the ordered transportation appear of the submitted offer and/or order confirmation.

 

At Limo Group, the prices are settled for cars from 1 to 8 persons in Danish kroner, and no VAT is calculated. Cars from 9 persons and up are likewise priced in Danish kroner, but stated incl. VAT. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.

 

Limo Group accepts payment with VISA and Mastercard. The payment will be debited your account the day before you receive our service.
When paying by credit card, an administration fee will be charged.
Cancellation

 

For airport pick up
The driver will meet you outside of the baggage claim / Custom area. He’ll be holding a board showing the name of the passenger(s) he is collecting. Pick up at the airport will be consider a No Show, if there is no contact with the driver within 45 minutes of the flight landing.
For hotel pick up
The driver will meet you in your hotel lobby. He’ll be holding a board showing the name of the person(s) he is collecting. Pick up at the hotel will be consider a No Show, if there is no contact with the driver within 15 minutes of the agreed time.

 

Customers will be billed for 50% of the amount of the transfer or trip in the case of cancellations made between 36 and 24 hours before commencement of the trip.

 

Customers will be billed for 100% of the amount of the transfer or trip in the case of cancellations made less than 24 hours before commencement of the trip, or in the case of " no show ".

Delivery
Limo Group delivers passenger transport on the agreed date and time.
Complaint
If situations arise during transportation that the customer is not satisfied with, this must be reported to the driver immediately. If the situation is not satisfactory after this, the customer must immediately contact Limo Group.

 

We ensure that our vehicles are always cleaned before collection. Any discoloration or breakage of shoes, clothes etc. in connection with transport in our vehicles is force majeure and is not replaced.

 

Mechanical: If the vehicles have a flat tire or other unforeseen accidents occur, whereby the ordered transport cannot be completed, the customer will get their money refunded.
Damage or extra cleaning of vehicles
The person who orders the transport is responsible for ensuring that the persons who are with them do not cause damage to vehicles and the like during the drive. Does this happen anyway, the expenses of these damages will be invoiced to the customer who ordered the transport.

 

It is also the responsibility of the person ordering the transport, that the participants which is included during transport do not cause unnecessarily large cleaning. If this happens, the costs of the cleaning will be invoiced to the customer who ordered the transport.

 

No food or other edibles may be consumed in the vehicles, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Smoking in the vehicles is not permitted. A fee of DKK 5,000 will be charged to the customer if this is not complied with.

 

Bringing and consuming drugs or other euphoric substances is not permitted.
Law and venue
This agreement is subject to and interpreted in accordance with Danish law.
